Paid parking proposal causes a stir in Indian Rocks Beach

Indian Rocks Beach officials decided in December to implement a paid parking pilot program at the city’s 182 beach access parking spots starting in early 2026, but due to the public outcry and rash of misinformation that has surrounded the decision, Mayor Denise Houseberg recently said she wants to press pause on the program until more details of the program can be hashed out. |
